This is brilliant! A technical question - how did you create that branching form? For example, if the student selects "Learning" on the first screen, the next screen collects/presents info based on that choice. Is their an online resource about how to do that? Thank you
I love this idea! this would be a great opening activity to have students do as well. Is it okay if I start entering information so I can see all the steps?
I was thinking I'd have them fill out each section with possible ideas over the first week as we learn about the three types of work. Then I'll ask them to fill it out when they start work on something new.
Love this and the branching form! Have you thought about adding a reflection or assessment section? And/or a daily or weekly goal setting section and an accompanying reflection for accomplishments at the end of class or the week..? Thanks for sharing!
I really like that idea! I have students use google sites to reflect, so I don't need to use the form for that. I will use the form as a formative assessment to keep track of what students are doing an support them.
Cool- do you have them each make a google site? How does the reflection process work there? Do they display all their in progress and final works there too? I’ve had mine make a google slideshow for the semester, but thinking abt switching to sites...
Awesome! I'm just thinking about my students, I am sure many would forego filling it out because they "don't know" what they want to do. We're still in the highly structured part of the year though (this was week 3) while I get a feel for what supports they need.
Hi Melissa - would you be willing to share how you use google sites for reflection? I'm still struggling with finding a good method for reflections and your idea intrigues me. Maybe you have another post about that?

Yes, please do!
Thank you! Do you plan to have them use this daily?
